COVID-19 UPDATE: I am currently not traveling to medical, healthcare or assisted living facilities due to COVID-19. I am also not meeting clients in indoor public spaces (i.e., restaurants and coffee shops). I am able to meet you at a private home or office, preferably outside, but indoors is OK if less than 4 people are present. I am wearing a mask to all appointments. I am strictly a mobile notary (meaning that I do not have an office open to the public). I will schedule a day and time to meet with you at a time and location that is convenient for both you and I. My primary coverage area includes Aurora, East/Southeast Denver, Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village and Parker, however I will sometimes travel to other locations as well for an additional travel surcharge.

My fees for general mobile notary work include a base fee for travel (dependent on distance) plus the state allowed notarization fee of $5.00 per document.

I am available for all types of general notary services, including Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Wills and Trusts and Affidavits, Divorce and Custody documents, Medical Records Affidavits and other documents which require notarization.

I am also an experienced Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent. I am always professional and reliable and have completed over 15000 successful closings, including Refinance, Second, HELOC and Reverse. Email documents and short-notice signings are welcome. I have a fully-equipped office with high-speed Internet access, 2 dual-tray laser printers, copier, and laser fax machine. I am available 5 days a week, including both days and evenings, and occasionally on Saturdays.

I take pride in completing error-free signings and in being knowledgable about loan documents. I am friendly and outgoing and relate well to all types of people. All packages are quality checked and returned promptly, and always the day of signing when possible. This is my full-time occupation, and I am dedicated to providing the highest quality service that I possibly can.
