I am an experienced Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent. I am always professional and reliable and have completed over 5000 successful closings, including Refinance, Second, HELOC and Reverse. Email documents and short-notice signings are welcome. I have a fully-equipped office with high-speed Internet access, 2 dual-tray laser printers, copier, and laser fax machine. I am available 7 days a week, including both days and evenings.

I take pride in completing error-free signings and in being knowledgable about loan documents. I am friendly and outgoing and relate well to all types of people. All packages are quality checked and returned promptly, and always the day of signing when possible. This is my full-time occupation, and I am dedicated to providing the highest quality service that I possibly can.

I am also available for general notary services, including Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Wills and Trusts and Affidavits, as well as Medical Records Affidavits.
